HEALTH Risk Assessment Tool
Learn about and download Invisible’s HEALTH Zoonotic and Environmental Risk Assessment tool. This can be used by practitioners and by patients to understand potential One Health impacts on individual health.
The HEALTH tool was developed by animal and human clinicians as a response to the rise in zoonotic, vector-borne, and environmental illnesses, driven by climate change (1). It is designed to hasten the identification of exposures and to guide clinicians to evidence-based resources for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Each HEALTH square is linked to references and courses to help support clinical and preventative decision-making for health-care providers. Faster identification and decision-making will lead to a reduction of patient suffering, disease spread, and costs related to delayed diagnosis. (2,3)
